Thanks for your candidly honest comments. I am in a similar circumstance to yours but I’m probably 20 years older. I don’t have much to add to what’s already been said; however, regarding your relationship with your wife, I would get a good couples and/or sex counselor. If your wife won’t go, then you go. There are many reasons a woman gives up on sex. Some, perhaps most, can be overcome, if she’s willing. You seem willing to communicate openly about this. I truly hope your wife is. If she’s not and sex is really that important to you, then you may have another decision to make. You’re young yet. I wish you and your wife well.

Thanx, sage advice.

I expect her indifference to intimacy is multi faceted....physical and mental. The physical may be the easier to address, the mental is the issue.

I have weighed my choices, not willing to throw away 32 years of marriage, she has been with me through the highs and lows, raised two great daughters and much more.

I have broached the subject around penile rehab therapy and intimacy after each of my three separate treatment regimens but the response in the consult room before seeing my urologist about Cialis almost brought me to the point of asking her to leave the consult.

You're right, we need professional help, just not sure how to get us both there!

Thanx

Kevin
