Sounds like a question for your doctor.
My dad was a quadriplegic and had low blood pressure and had to take a drug called Florinef to raise it to prevent his passing out. Problem was when he was in bed in increased dramatically but raising the head of his bed usual resolved it. Perhaps if your not having any symptoms your pressure is fine for you but might be dangerous for someone else but you need to find that out from a doctor.
