Hi I’ve been dealing with IBS-D for years. I removed gluten from my diet which helped a lot. I also have a Benefiber bar each morning. I know coffee aggravates my stomach so I try to drink chamomile tea instead.
Hope this helps. It seems like a never ending battle. I hope u start feeling better.

I have the same problem with coffee. Good for you for making the necessary changes to help you feel better.

Have you modified any of your eating habits or any other aspects of your lifestyle to help with the diarrhea?

Dona I have questions what about grains do you find it cause pain to? I do have all IBS sign with right side information, my doctor couldn’t help me
