Iron Depletion in Blood related to COVID?

Update. I had a blood transfusion followed by iron tablets for several weeks.
That was from December last year. My blood tests are now normal. I have been offered another booster but I won't have it because although there is very little to find, my gut tells me it is the polyethylene glycol in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations that cause the problem. I would accept a booster of the AstraZenica but it's not on offer.
Has anyone found a link between anaemia and injected PEGs ? My doctor won't take me serious!y on this.

I received only one dose of the Johnson and Johnson Covid vaccine. This vaccine does not contain PEG.

I received the vaccine in March and was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia 2 months later ( short of breath, nails splintering, hair loss, etc.). My blood work showed significantly low levels of hemoglobin, hematocrit, serum iron, ferritin and total iron bonding capacity. I took Vitrol-C daily for 6 months and all blood rose to normal levels.

I took the first two Pfizer shots then became anemic for the first time in my life. There are no more Covid shots or boosters in my future. Wouldn't have taken the first two except I had a new grandchild being held hostage unless I was vaccinated. And, I still got Covid.
