What an awful series of events you are dealing with. Nobody expects these complications. If you have an infection in the surgery site, it will take at least 6 weeks before they can tell about the antibiotics working.
Do you know what infection you have, and what meds you are on?
Are you doing sitting and lying down exercises to stay strong and keep from getting blood clots and pneumonia?

Its been a nightmare! But finally its getting a little better something I thought was never going to happen😊 its been 4 months now, only one month since the drainage and swelling quit. I'm so afraid of doing something to compromise my recovery, I have phantom draining I'm constantly feeling my leg!
I have to have the temporary hip replaced and just can't imagine all this again? But I'm not going to let it beat me I'm having the surgery in January hopefully a new year will be better!

Hi I just got done with the antibiotics came home in a wheelchair , moved on to a walker and now trying a cane
