Would like to know people's experience using Fosamax

I had the same issue with fosamax. I wasn’t told that it was effecting my calcium…but I took it twice & had pain in my left hip swimming. It was QUITE noticeable! It scared me, I never took it again.

I started the Fosamax orally one tablet weekly and had immediately exacerbation of GERDS and flank pain at first which turned into bilateral hip pain. I had to stop the Fosamax and let my stomach heal from the gastritis it caused. The pain in my hips are long lasting and I wish I could get the aching to stop.
