My dr prescribes the b12 and syringes but I'm too chicken to give them to myself. I had a nurse friend who was giving them to me monthly then Covid came along. So I just go to my Drs monthly.

I'll read the article Re herbal therapy. That would be fantastic to find another solution to help keep SIBO away. The cost is ridiculous. The industry is crazy and upside down. Terrible for consumers!

If they teach you how to give yourself injection, it is virtuously painless. The anticipation is worse than the shot. I take the shots weekly due to b12 defic due to removal of valve and surrounding bowel
