‘Herbal Therapy Is Equivalent to Rifaximin for the treatment of small intestinal bacterial Overgrowth’.

A 2014 study from Johns Hopkins, Dr GE Mullin

For B12, an Rx from your MD for Cyanocobalamin and you can easily self administer. Cost is inconsequential with GoodRx.

My dr prescribes the b12 and syringes but I'm too chicken to give them to myself. I had a nurse friend who was giving them to me monthly then Covid came along. So I just go to my Drs monthly.

I'll read the article Re herbal therapy. That would be fantastic to find another solution to help keep SIBO away. The cost is ridiculous. The industry is crazy and upside down. Terrible for consumers!

I just read that abstract but it doesn't give info on what herbs, dosages, etc.
