may i ask what did your neurologist say it was? i've seen two. but mine are external also. but i get vibrating feelings in my sleep.

I have gone to 3 neurologist and everything is negative.
@baseballmom33 my internal vibrating is completely miserable. My leg tremors are crazy. When the fatigue is bad, i experience overwhelming leg tremors which remind me of myoclonic jerks while the body goes into sleep. This can happen sitting up at drs office while speaking. My head cant hold up so i recline in a chair or lay my head on their desk. Eyes shut but i can hear and respond.

I have not seen a neurologist yet. It is strange that this is happening, but my time has been taken up with a Cardiologist and Pulmonary doctor. At this time of year it is difficult to get appointments, even for a blood draw.
I will definitely look into a neurologist and post results.
