I take 300mg 3× a day gabapentin, 30mg 2× a day duloxetine. I take it at night for my fibromyalgia, its been 3 years haven't noticed a difference. I'm supposed to take more, maybe I should take in the morning, so I can feel the effects.? I just always took it at night because I was afraid of being sleepy

Welcome @dawngreg, Three years seems like a long time to be taking the same medications and not have it make a difference. There is another discussion you may want to join to learn what others have shared:

I have taken those too. For a few years. Gabapentin and Duloxetine at night and Gabapentin in the morning but still have neuropathy in my feet.
