Hi there! I have been taking NAC for several months now, and I do feel better and have clear lungs. I just looked up apo-lactferrin on the NIH website. Sure enough, studies have shown this to be effective as an anti-inflammatory, immune boosting, and anti-bacterial. I will give this a try. It also stated that it has been used to manage livestock health since 1960 against similar lung issues as mac. Thank you for the tip.
