I think you are on the right path. Something to consider, an aggressive form of SIBO may appear as if you have Celiac disease ( from a study I read, Dr G Mullin, Johns Hopkins 2014, SIBO).
A book, SuperGut, by Dr Davis is also a great resource. Good luck.

I am very grateful for the advice.
May I ask, what is SIBO?
I dont know 2 much on this whole gastro area....my crohns was asymptomatic when they found it 5 yrs ago on my scope. My symptoms have appeared, quite fiercely, in the past 4 months, as I'm in an abusive marriage, and the stress is killing me, literally. I can feel the pain go to a 10 immediately when I'm being yelled at.
The situation is hard,as I'm locking myself in a room with my dog. It's my meditation room I created yrs ago b4 she showed up...TG for foresight!!!
Need to talk 2 someone at night...might free up some of the stress.
