@echo2022, I found this article from Harvard Health
- How to boost your immune system https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/how-to-boost-your-immune-system

In brief, the article states:
- Don't smoke.
- Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables.
- Exercise regularly.
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
- Get adequate sleep.
- Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.
- Try to minimize stress.
- Keep current with all recommended vaccines. Vaccines prime your immune system to fight off infections before they take hold in your body.

Don't be put off by the inclusion of exercise daily. This doesn't mean run a marathon, but rather just do a little more than normal, like park a little further away in the parking lot or walk to get your lemon water in the kitchen rather than asking someone else to fetch it for you. Small steps really help.

Sleep is a great immune booster. Are you sleeping well?

I totally agree with the suggestions on the upper lists.
My sleep isn't good. I've never gotten an enough and good sleep after my transplant 15 years ago. I think it's one of the side effects of Tacrolimus.
