@ctkjose, welcome. This must be concerning. I noticed that you posted your message to the Thyroid Cancer group. Is cancer being ruled out?

I also added your post to the Autoimmune Diseases group and the Endocrine System group to get more responses from people with experience with thyroid issues and with Hashimoto's like @cyclist22 @marye2 @sparshall @ellens and others.

It can be challenging to know what questions to ask your specialists when you don't know what you have. I recommend keeping a journal of your symptoms and possible triggers. Never leave an appointment without asking, "So what is the next step?"

Thanks for your suggestions. I have my next appointment on the 10th. I presume the next step will be FNA, This time I’m seeing a surgeon that specializes in neck and brain, he also does RFA ( radio frequency ablation ) and treats thyroid patients.

Fortunately I do keep good records (spreadsheets 😀) of all tests/blood work, symptoms, triggers, etc.
