Thank you @larue13 😊 for the diet, this is great! Do you happen to know what patient population should use the "low" diet and who should use the "high" diet? If you have IBS with constipation dominant is that a different diet from IBS diarrhea dominant? Thank you again for jumping in to help!

I am still learning. However, I have found taking dicyclomine 20 mg 3xper day a lifesaver. I also am trying the Low Fermentation Diet/SIBO diet from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I searched on line for IBS/ SIBO diet. I still have a lot to learn. I have found that less fiber is better than more.
Dicyclomine taken as prescribed has brought peace to my intestines. No more bloating, cramping and only intermittent diarrhea.
Also eating white bread, french bread, italian bread, sourdough bread are all fine.
It is an easy diet.
IBS-D plus SIBO is challenging. There is no cure but I am getting more good days than bad now.
