I have the same issues and have been diagnosed with gastroparesis. I am now taking domperidone an a PPI twice daily and still in the morning spit up blood in my sputum. I have had several scopes including 24 hr PT testing and manometry testing. All the tests show nothing remarkable yet the bleeding continues. I have changed my diet drastically, no alcohol, caffeine or greasy food. I sometimes wonder if nothing can be done. Could use some direction on how to proceed.
