Do you get at least monthly b12 injections? It's a medically necessary after your kind of surgery.

I take Nascobal, the nasal spray and it works as well, if not better, than the monthly injection.

@tiss How and where did you find someone willing to try Rifaximin daily? I have a great specialist and terrible recurring SIBO bc of no ileocecal valve post hemicolectomy but I'm still on antibiotic rotation (year 3).
