Funny you should ask - it sure does, though there is controversy about why. I have included a link to show how to use it - unlike taping for a muscle strain or support, the procedure is different. You stretch the skin and not the tape! It would be helpful to have someone else apply it, and as usual it should not be applied over an open wound or skin tear.
