Water. Keeping yourself and your skin hydrated is one of the best, if not the best, way to keep good skin health. Just my humble and experienced opinion.

I was never into makeup because it always dehydrated my face and created wrinkles. When I realized what happens when I wore makeup in my early years I worked to formulate a regimen to minimum wrinkles as I aged.

I started using a mild facial wash once a week and a mask once a month. The remainder of the week I do plain water washing and let my face air dry and seal lightly with avocado oil.

I get many compliments on my skin and many think I am in my late forties. For a fabulous 60 boomer I appreciate the compliments and request to share my routine.

For my body after bathing I put lotion on my body while dripping wet and air dry. It does keep my skin hydrated and moisturized. I am on chunky side so I am wrinkled free.😜

Oh the joy walking I get walking around in my birthday suit around the house while air drying as an empty nester.😂

For the most part I accept the aging process and live, love and laugh with my beautiful husband. We always joke about sags, sudden moles, gray hairs and physical body changes.

Hopefully you can use something I suggested.

Happy, healthy living wherever you are in life!
