I know all your symptoms, have been in the same boat. Dicyclomine helps with the abdominal pain but makes me dizzy and lethargic. I am now on Entyvio infusion therapy and it has controlled the diarrhea and the cramping some what. No other medications controlled the diarrhea in the past. Let me know what the dr. has to say about the biopsy, I feel for you.
