How did you manage the effects of radiation therapy? Low blood counts

I’ve been post radiation for 4 mos.,
Overall ok, with some fatigue. Last week had blood work , showing a low WBC & RBC. Has anyone experienced this following radiation?

Yes. I think my counts were low following radiation. They resolved in a matter of months.

Sorry to hear that, did you have accelerated targeted 5 treatments type or the longer whole breast 20 treatment, just starting my radiation in a few weeks. I hope you fatigue resolves soon.

Hi @tygerrag2, it's been almost 2 weeks since you mentioned having low blood counts after radiation. Low blood counts can contribute to fatigue. Have the blood count levels improved over time? Do you notice a difference? Have you also had chemo or radiation only?
