Are you having pain or other symptoms? I also have a bone spur in my L3 vertebrae, but the majority of my pain comes from many, many Tarlov Cysts on my sacral joint!! That is what is causing my spine right now!! Do you have pain in your spine at all? I am seeing Dr. Frank Feigenbaum in Dallas, TX on August 4th coming up!! I really can't tell if I am having pain from the bone spur!! Does that help you at all? Good luck to you!
