Well, the Effexor is still working for me. So doubt I will quit taking it at this point in time. But maybe you have something there, doesn’t seem to help as much as it did. Of course I am under a LOT of stress, so feel that is a big part of it. (Family issues)
I am taking it for depression. I have taken anti-depression medication for at least 40 years, and Effexor has really helped me the most.
I guess it is always something, and the way the world is going makes it that much worse. Lol

How long have you been taking Effexor? I know there are other antidepressants that apparently aren't as difficult to stop as Effexor. Perhaps when Effexor no longer works for you, you could switch to one of those. Depression and anxiety are such difficult things. It's a shame we have to suffer with those problems and now with additional problems from the drugs that are supposed to help us. I wish you well and hope you feel better.
