I hope people pay close attention to your message and follow your lead.
Some people take it for decades and when you mention a slow taper that may take a year or more they come unglued. One lady took it for 30 years, stopped cold turkey and had a stroke others blame the drug instead of the know it all doctors who refuse to become more enlightened on more suitable tapering methods.

Yes, I do have negative effects at times with headaches, dizziness, insomnia, and anxiety. I think that is my body telling me I have removed too many beads, so I slow down the number of beads I remove from the capsules and take a teeny bit more. I have read that some people can go from 75 to 0 in a matter of weeks, but I am very sensitive to meds so I just can't do that. The website Surviving Antidepressants has excellent tapering advice which I am following.
