Please don't panic. I did as well when I found out mine was positive but only slightly. I am still getting tested as they still have not found out what is causing the issues I have. Somedays I have no issues and others it hits me all day.

Hi Ana,

I understand. In June after a stomach bug, I became super itchy and broke out in hives, which I think is dermatographia. I started taking OTC anti histamines and Quercetin but I felt like a tuning fork that was humming all the time and abandoned all meds. So now I'm itchy and quick to have a skin reaction. Anyway, my GP ordered blood testing and my ANA came back positive at at titer level of 1:320 for DFS 70, which by itself if you read research, is a marker for non rheumatoid autoimmune disease. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I see an allergist on Thursday. I'm telling her no meds. I think they mess up the immune system. Just tell me what the triggers are. The earliest date for me to see a rheumatologist is in October. I'm taking magnesium for nerve and muscle support because clearly, I need to relax.

Be well, ANA. I wish doctors could give patients complete profiles instead of going down the path of different specialists and a battery of assessments. That does more harm than good to mental health. I'll keep you posted after I see the allergist.
