Hmmm, after this long the pain should probably be gone. Have you been back to the surgeon to make sure all is healed properly? By that I mean the stem & cup are both healed into the bone with no movement, and the ligaments are not stretched or damaged. If so, my next step would be a thorough physical therapy evaluation and some stretches and exercises to get all the muscles back in shape. Another clue is the back pain - you may have an imbalance in your leg length, posture, gait... Again PT would be helpful.

What have you done so far? Did you have actual, in person PT after the revision?

I've seen 2 different PT so far, and am undergoing myofacial release treatment for thigh pain. Also, undergoing treatment for pain management. Have had a nerve conductivity test done and injection into one nerve with minimal relief. also had epidural steroid injection .
