Hip Revision Nerve Issues

I had my total left hip replaced over a year ago, and had revision done August 2021. Still have pain standing and walking, bending etc. Pain returns after about 15-20 minutes of putting weight on my left hip, and then my lower back/left hip hurt like hell.
The only time it doesn't hurt is when I'm sitting down.
Any thoughts or comments?

Hmmm, after this long the pain should probably be gone. Have you been back to the surgeon to make sure all is healed properly? By that I mean the stem & cup are both healed into the bone with no movement, and the ligaments are not stretched or damaged. If so, my next step would be a thorough physical therapy evaluation and some stretches and exercises to get all the muscles back in shape. Another clue is the back pain - you may have an imbalance in your leg length, posture, gait... Again PT would be helpful.

What have you done so far? Did you have actual, in person PT after the revision?
