@alyxed The symptoms you describe must be so puzzling and making you very nervous. Good for you that you have followed up with your doctor. My advice is what I do when I go for a medical appointment. I write down my symptoms and my questions ahead of time. I also write down all the tests and labs I think are relevant and ask the medical provider if they have those and have looked at them. I take notes during the appointment. I also take someone with me to my appointments as another set of "ears" is very helpful. When I really nervous about my appointment I know I'm not "hearing" everything and I don't want to miss anything.

I was able to visit my neurologist this past week. Their impression is that I have S1 radiculopathy. I also visited my chiropractor following the results of my nerve study/EMG. We’re still unsure what is leading to my fatigue and shoulder issues. Once we resolve my S1 alignment, I plan to have my shoulder looked at in-depth.
