Thank you so much to take the time to share your experience. I think that your last post is the most constructive amongst the 33 pages. In addition it sends a positive message for those who are taking Evenity.
Personally my Dexa is so low (-4,7) that I can’t have high expectations. However you raised my hopes.

Do not feel like this. Yes it's low but it will take time to get where you feel different. But never feel defeated. Walking is good for our long bones so try to walk. I have a treadmill so I walk everyday. Slow but Im walking. And stay with the plan. It will take a few years but gradually you will get where you feel better about it. Reach out here to me if you want. Im very postitive and I will try to help as much as I can.
