I'm happy to hear you've found some lifestyle changes to help with your neuropathy symptoms. I have cut down on my coffee quite a bit and now limit it to one or two cups in the morning to get me going. I also try to watch the sugar and carbs that I take in daily. - the study link was very informative. My primary care Dr made the diagnosis and am waiting for a neurology appointment. I have one booked but interested if you know any good specialists in San Diego
