It was a year ago that I contacted covid the first time and just diagnosed w it again after severe headaches and all over body pain again, but have suffered residual effects since the first round, depression shaking, unnerved, balance issues, vision issues, motion issues, fatigue debilitating, sadness, emotional bouts, fear, ptsd, brain fog, memory issues, breathing issues, on and on issues weakness, endurance, muscle fatigue, how do I cope what helps? Can't work since first bout, about did me in and continues daily to remind me and another boutique diagnosed, no work no money unnerved loosing everything I own, help me help myself, who can heal w all these other worries.
