Hello
Yes I have the same internal vibrations that are upon rest periods if I wake from sleep
It lasts about a minute not painful but odd
I also have long Covid and had to wear a monitor after my first infection Aug 2021 the irregular heart beats started Oct 22 and was a monitor as was told I had sinus tachycardia subsided feb 22 but then after contracting reinvention may 22 I just started having irregular heart beats again
Anything you are doing or taking for inflammation I’m
Hoping this subsides soon
I’m also having anxiety from long haul symptoms
Trying to meditate and stay grounded

I have this, but my vibrations are pretty much permanent. Started about four weeks after my second round of Covid. I also have random very high heart rate and high blood pressure readings, The emergency room thought I was having a heart attack but my heart shows fine I’ve had three EKGs, worn and a Holter monitor, well I had an episode while wearing it but nothing showed, had a CT scan and an x-ray they can’t find anything wrong with me.
I live in Florida and I do think the heat makes it worse.
