@callalloo Exercise is important but don't forget to eat the right foods to much sweets isn't good for the triglycerides and watch the fat content of what you eat .Remove skin from chicken ,trim fat from meat

I've often heard the expression "we are what we eat". Good, clean foods loaded with nutrition is needed for health and vitality. Sweets, though tasty, enjoyed once in a while. Also worth mentioning, stress reduction and social interactions. A good laugh too!
