MAC in sinuses + lungs?

When I had chronic sinus infections some years ago, the ENT had the nasal secretions cultured twice, and it never came back with MAC. Once it was a streptococcus, another time pseudomonas. Both took multiple courses of antibiotics, and I was never fully cured until I had sinus cavities and septum repairs.

Nasal cultures showed pseudomonas?

I am glad to read about sinus cavities an septum repair.
i have chronic thick post nasal drainage 24/7. I use saline and Netti Pot (average about 4 pot a day.
Also use Saline nasal spray daily. I buy 6 to 9 cans at the time. It never stops!! I can't use any of the nasal sprays that have been prescribed because of causing breathing to be more difficult.
I am going to see my ENT one more time and then may change ENTs.
Never had an image of the sinuses.

I have a deviated septum and they initially thought that was what was causing my respiratory infections in 2021. They would start in my sinuses and Ears, and move to my lungs - then turn to pneumonia. I have scheduled a septoplasty three times - each time I've either ended up in the hospital, not been cleared, gotten COVID - it must not be meant to be. Then they said it was GI related. An EGD ruled that out. I'm only 32 and now have tubular bronchiectasis - diagnosed April 2022. I've had MSSA pneumonia 7 times.
