Yes, I do and they concern my doctors as well. I'm really only interested in the mitotic patterns. They're rare and so even in the literature there are few examples and they aren't usual for diagnosing conditions. I just wanted to talk to anyone that has them to gather more data for myself.

I recently had a positive ana with 1:320 titer ac-25,26 mitotic spindle fibers, NuMa-like pattern.

I have the mitotic pattern ac25 and I have a lot of sickness in the family. My mother had Myotonic Dystrophy but there is an underlying disease that I have desperately been trying to figure out. So far my sister has Psoriatic Arthritis and Joint Hypermobility syndrome so maybe those can be a clue. what is weird is my pattern changed so this signifies that maybe during my first test i was in a flare of some kind. My pattern went from nucleolar to this mitotic spindle fiber speckled pattern
