@kathleenlp Hi Kathleen, no I've never had any heaviness in my chest when using glutathione. And as for airway clearance techniques, I just do postural drainage by lying on my back and then doing some huff coughing which pushes the phlegm up the airways. I've been pretty lucky with just doing that and haven't had to use an aerobika or a vest. And my pulmonologist kind of rolled his eyes when I asked him about glutathione.....I think there's just not enough scientific evidence on it yet. It's an alternative thing to do and I'm an alternative kinda gal. I'm not scared of trying things and I do and have had no problems thus far. And I do research and make decisions on my own. I mean when I think about it, my first pulmonologist didn't even want to prescribe saline solution for goodness sakes and I asked him to look it up for me and that I wanted to do it, so I did and that was six years ago. And it's probably the best thing that ever happened to a lot of us. And it was alternative at that point. Nan

Thanks for the response Nan. I am a little bummed about the glutathione but I guess my body is telling me no. I will continue the sublingual glut.
I will keep trying different airway clearance techniques too.
My pulmonary of 3 years (supposedly one of the best in Houston also never mentioned sodium chloride!! I had to suggest it and then she said "oh yeah, that would be good" UGH!
You are right....I think we have to be brave adventurers and study, discuss and try different things and learn from this community!!
Have a good week!!
