Hi @catluvr999, Looks like you never take meds. I have no data to tell that if never have meds to start with, would exercise works just as well. I’ll be happy to talk about the exercise I am taking. I’ll put it in a separate Discussion topic soon.

Hi @msou Did you post your exercise regimen yet? I have trouble following the threads....whether they continued. I don't think I got a notification of anything exercise related in the last handful of days....maybe you havent done it yet. Just thought I'd remind you that I'm eagerly awaiting it. Thanks again.
