@callalloo

I opened it with Drive on cellphone. I think you did a great job of tracking, charting and explaining your results! I've keep and chart usual stuff like basic blood work results. I was recently able to show a new PCP that my DEXA results are essentially unchanged from 2016 to 2022 by showing him both tests, stored handily on my cellphone. [At which point he stopped suggesting a prevent-osteoporosis drug. My argument was that I might have lost X amount of bone in earlier years but the rate of loss seems to have stopped.]

But your results are both persuasive and very encouraging as I'm hoping to, at the least, stave off osteoporosis drugs entirely with exercise and the Usual Suspect bone-health supporting supplements. Thank you for the time you put into this and sharing it. It really encourages me and, I'm sure, others

Hi @callalloo, Thank you for the kind words! I do chart my other medical parameters too. A lot of information can be realized when view information from a chart. I used my blood pressure chart to convince my primary doctor that I can reduce my blood pressure drugs from 3 to 1. He agreed and at the end of the visit, he asked a copy of my chart. Ha!
