Looking for a fix for Extreme Fatigue

I'm MBC (1 yr since diagnosis) and taking Afinitor & Faslodex & Xgeva. It took a long while to diagnose the recurrence and I was exhausted and inactive for about a year. My onco says the extreme fatigue I'm experiencing is due to "de-conditioning" . I'm not sure I agree. I am exercising on a recumbent bike and walking when I can - but still can barely get from point A to point B. Anyone else experiencing this type of fatigue with this regime?

Cancer steals our energy, then treatments steal what is left over. Then yep, sure enough we get de-conditioned. It doesn’t really sound this is the thing for you, if you are able to continue this level of exercise. I distinctly remember feeling as though I was trudging through deep water, and every bit of muscle was being used up just to walk. No excess exercising for me.
Is it possible you are using what energy stores you have to exercise, and then haven’t any left?
