I am a nurse and so disappointed and saddened by lack of follow up , care , on a timely manner if any. We always make a follow call within 24 hours. A friend just saw a specialist and she made 3 calls asking for answers and after a month still no call . Over worked I understand but then cap your patients !!!
Keep being your best advisor! It’s the only way!! Keep asking questions and read all you can on the proper sites!! Try to see dr in a teaching facility they seem to know the most! If not happy with that dr move on there are plenty to choose from just a hassle getting in and repeating all information again but worth it when you find one that cares and will help you! The nurse can make or break that experience and sometimes even the front desk! They shouldn’t be working there but doing everything possible for the patient !!
