I believe the best things you can do for the triglycerides is exercise regularly and do your best to eat well. I enjoy walking usually 3x a week. I walk approx. 3 1/2 miles in 1 hr. and 20 minutes.
It took a while to get to that, but keep at it and it will become easier! I am also back "somewhat" to the local gym. It's hard to stick with that during this nice weather though. I'm busy with the garden & yard and just enjoy being outdoors rather than in a gym. Good luck!

@thankful. I'm starting my exercise program I had before I think this will help it will be 2times a week and watching what I eat thanks for the information .
