I have had back pain for 30+ years and its all from osteoarthritis . I never take medication for it and only use Turmeric Boswellia and Devils-claw , they help quiet a lot with pain . Now a 77 male and very fit .

You are taking medication .. it is just in herbal form. There are many medications that are prescription that are either all herbal or partial herbal.
Just as prescription and over the counter medications … herbs can have side effects and interact with other herbs, supplements, or medications. For these reasons, you should take herbs under the supervision of a health care provider qualified in the field of botanical medicine. If that isn't possible talk to a pharmacist. .. at the very least look up the side effects and interaction online.
