Since i have stopped using gluten cows milk and sugar my tkr post 11 years has gone from 10 to 0 . I also wear a knee sleeve ! I am a77 year old male .

@strawboy12 I am guessing that tkr means Total Knee Replacement. So what are you measuring that has gone from 10 to 0.1 ? Is that your pain level? Do you have neuropathy-type of pain?
I am just curious if you attribute reduced milk and sugar consumption to reduced neuropathy.
