Hello @chamtj, Welcome to Connect. I think neuropathy is a beast for a lot of us, especially when you have multiple conditions. @athenalee has posted in other discussions about neuropathy and Sjogren's and may have some thoughts or information for you. Thank you for replying and yes I’m currently on Lyrica and tramadol. Adding the tramadol helped me a lot. Nothing takes it away completely ever! I am currently in a flare up for my RA and my neuropathy symptoms are at an all time high. I just left my rheumatologist and added back in a medication for my RA/Sjogrens. I see a neurologist for my neuropathy week after next. I’m just curious if this is how it happens for most. My RA has been controlled for a while now so I wasn’t expecting to be hit so hard by both at the same time.
