Do you feel it helps eating this way? I was recently diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and cutting out inflammation foods help ? My feet and now my hands , seems to be moving fast. Thank you you for sharing.

I honestly wish I knew what works. Low carb apparently is helpful for those with diabetes but I don't have that. The only possible cause for my neuropathy is that I unknowingly took too many b6 supplements. Another website has indicated that b6 toxicity should be addressed with low b6 diet which is totally dif than low carb diet. So frustrating to not know which direction to go. If blood sugar is problem for you then perhaps low carb would help. GOOD LUCK!!
