My latest combo is Amitiza twice a day with Motegrity every 2-3 days. I ration Motegrity because of cost.
Motegrity for motility is for me a more “civilized “ treatment than using laxatives.
I never know if laxatives are going to do anything or cause a volcanic eruption!

I haven’t heard of Motegrity…what is it ? Is it only by prescription?? Apparently my insurance wouldn’t cover Amitzia. Does it help you??

Yeah that's the problem with laxatives. Just when it seems like they won't work, they do......

Interesting that you're taking Amitiza and Motegrity. Motegrity does work like a stimulant laxative, only much milder (I think). Did the Amitiza by itself not work?

I ask because I'm taking Linzess and it's not working. How long before you saw results from Amitiza?

Thanks so much. If Linzess doesn't work I'm going to try Motegrity.
