My husband who has an enlarged prostrate plus mild dementia needs something for nighttime peeing. He has to get up 3 to 4 times a night - has fallen lately. Used to use a large bottle but then started dropping it! tried an external catheter and that didn't work. I've goods at a system where he could pee into a funnel system with a cap, hose and bottle that sits on the floor. Read mixed reviews - broken or leaking hoses, etc. At wits end. Another morning of washing sheets and waterproof pads. Nighttime depends can't hold enough. With a bedside commode he would still have to get out of bed, which he doesn't want to do.

Restricting water when possible. He is on both Flomax and Avodart - haven't seen much improvement in the years he has been on them!

Has anyone come across a good product that actually holds together? Thank you

Have you tried Bladder Rescue? My urologist doesn't give an opinion on it, but it helps me with bladder control.

I used to own a group home so my ears perked up when I saw an electric device in pad form that pulls urine from the pad. Does anyone know the brand name? - I’ve forgotten but will try to find it for you
