I just tell myself that the only thing stronger than fear is hope. Embracing hope beats living in fear every day. If nothing else it's an east mantra to repeat to myself often.

Buckslayer , You are so right ! I get down , but I cannot stay there , it's an awful way to be , such a darkness . I also tell the cancer " Get out of my body . This isnt where you belong . "
