I was told that there is no treatment for neuropathy and my symptoms were relatively minor, so I really never paid much attention to it until the burning sensation took a level that prompted my decaying neurons to do their job. Lately, other organs in my body are feeling the heavy weight of aging and in a time of super-specialists, the last thing doctors worry about is the lowly neuropathy. Most of them know little about it and tend to focus on their favorite organ and their pockets rather than in the suffering patient. I admire all of you trying to learn more about your own body and face the fact that in fifteen minutes a doctor is unable to see the whole picture. (Unless you go to the Mayo clinic).
