Just wondering if anyone has a reaction to artificial sweeteners? I've had some chronic diarrhea to the point of being almost incontinent recently and tuned in to some information about getting diarrhea from artificial sweetners, sucralose and stevia/Truvia and also maltodextrin which is made from wheat and other ingredients (I'm GF intolerant). Thanks!
